Measure vapor, not particulates
The vapor pressure sensor on the ATMOS 41 Gen 2 is located behind the access door in the same housing as the ultrasonic transducers. The Teflon screen protects the sensor from liquid water and dust while allowing water vapor to freely pass to the sensor and equilibrate with air vapor pressure.
The teflon screen can be replaced during routine cleaning and maintenance of your ATMOS 41.
